Starting from the beginning of 2014 our Ex-d department is working on many different projects from single enclosures to complete switch racks.
Production procedure:
After we have made or evaluated the engineered drawings and internal procedures, we start building the mounting plate (our production procedures for the enclosures are in accordance with IEC 60079-0 and 60079-1).Then we start wiring the components. When this is finished we start building the mounting plate in our Ex-d enclosure.
After completion of the total assembly everything is checked mechanically and electrically after which a Declaration of Conformity is drawn up. Finally the enclosures are foreseen with the EX label containing all the relevant information.
